How long does the booking process take?
After receiving your booking, within 24h we will reply to your request.
To enter a room what do I pay?
To enter a room you have to pay one month of rent, one month of deposit and a 45€ admin fee.
I only stay 3 days, why do you charge a full month?
We only rent by full calendar months. If you stay 1 month and 3 days you will be charged 2 months in full.
What are the methods of payment accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, MBWAY, bank transfers and deposits.
Can I use more than one payment method to pay for a reservation?
Yes, you can.
How do I edit or remove a payment method?

Do you provide a legal rental contract and monthly receipts?
Yes, we do.
Usually, the monthly receipts are sent every month after the 18th by email, you will have to download them from our server or they will be deleted within 2 months.
Do you provide a confirmation of reservation for VISA requests?
Yes, we do. Within 24h of the payment you can request us.

What do I pay to reserve a room?
You pay one month of rent/deposit and whatever bank/credit card fees you get charged, depending on the method of payment.
What is the minimum stay?
It depends on the entry date, but it´s always one month. If you stay less than 1 month you are always charged a full month.
