Casa da Guiné is a residence in the center of Lisbon with six (6) rooms and two (2) bathrooms, oriented towards students and young cosmopolitans/professionals. It is located in Lisbon, in the heart of the affectionately nicknamed Bairro das Colónias – next to the parishes of Arroios, Anjos, and Graça.

ROOMS

The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.

COMMON AREAS

The common area has a dining table with benches, TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area, as well as a telephone with free fixed calls in the lobby. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has two (2) refrigerators, a stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

LOCATION

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, enjoying a Mini Price, two (2) municipal markets (Forno do Tijolo and Sapadores) mini-markets, cafes, restaurants (such as Cervejaria Portugália), butchers, pharmacies, banks and is one step away from Hospital da Estefânia, Capuchos and S. José.

TRANSPORT

Just 1 minute from the Anjos metro station on Av. Almirante Reis (intersection with Rua de Angola), Casa da Guiné is served by a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: buses, metro (green line).

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.
